PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya IIT Indore is one of the distinguished Central Schools functioning under the aegis of the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS). Established in the year 2020, the Vidyalaya is committed to providing quality education and fostering the holistic development of young learners.
Since its inception, the Vidyalaya has been functioning from the old Administration Building of IIT Indore. The Director of IIT Indore serves as the Chairman of the Vidyalaya, providing valuable guidance and support. The Vidyalaya is situated in a lush and eco-friendly Green Campus and offers Balvatika-I, Balvatika-II and Balvatika-III, reflecting its commitment to foundational learning and the principles of Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) envisaged under NEP 2020.
Over the years, PM SHRI KV IIT Indore has undergone a remarkable transformation from the conventional blackboard-and-chalk classroom to a dynamic, technology-enabled learning environment. The Vidyalaya is equipped with smart classrooms, digital learning resources, a well-equipped computer laboratory and an Astronomy Tinkering Laboratory, encouraging students to explore, experiment, innovate and develop scientific curiosity.
